Climbing New Heights with Stella Lights

Stella Lights is looking for motivated, upbeat Crew Leads and Crew Helpers to join the team for the 2025/26 season.

You’ll be climbing ladders, scaling rooftops, and wrapping trees to create some of Calgary’s most memorable light displays.

This is hands-on, physical work, if you’re not comfortable at heights, in the freezing cold this isn’t the job for you.

SEASONAL & YEAR-ROUND OPPORTUNITIES

Starting pay is $20/hour for Helpers, with Crew Leaders earning $200-$400+ per day.

For our top-tier Star Installers, the sky’s the limit — the more confident you get, the more you can earn.

Our Star Installer Program builds leadership skills, confidence at heights, and the ability to tie physical work, mental wellness, and a balanced lifestyle together — all while working with an absolutely stellar crew.
